why is it always raining?

ok, we have been trying to go to La Ronde for the past 2 months and every weekend it rains, or at least on the Saturday of the weekends we're available to go. :( (I'm not as happy as Gene here because I want to get my rollercoaster on but can't because of this icky weather!)
